2 c Cooked or canned chick-peas; 2 Cloves garlic
2/3 c Tahini (sesame paste) 1 Parsley sprigs
3/4 c Lemon juice (to taste)
Place all ingredients but parsley in food processor or blender. Blend
to a smooth paste. Place in a small platter or shallow bowl. If
preferred, sprinkle olive oil on top and garnish with parsley sprigs
