2 lb Chicken wings, disjointed 1/2 c Soy sauce
-tips discarded 2 tb Vegetable oil
Freshly ground pepper 2 tb Ketchup
1 c Honey 1 Garlic clove, crushed
1. Preheat oven to 350ø. Season chicken liberally w/ pepper. Place
wings in a large baking dish.
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup
garlic until well blended. Pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes,
until chicken is well done sauce is thick.
