Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Honey
1 Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Chopped Nuts
1/2 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream shortening and
honey; beat in egg; add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients. Fold in
nuts and chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie
sheet. Bake at 375øF for 10 to 12 minutes. About 3 dozen cookies.
