1 c Long grain rice -RICE:
1/2 c Roasted peanuts 1/4 c Butter
1 ts Cinnamon 1/4 c Honey
3/4 ts Ground ginger 2 c Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube, 1 pk Rice mix
-crumbled
Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.
Honey Nut Rice: Boil butter, honey and water. Reduce heat, add rice
mix, cover and simmer 20 minutes. 6 servings,
