-drained/rinsed 1 T Vegetable oil
1/2 c Chopped carrots 1 t Sugar
1/2 c Chopped celery Salt
1/4 c Chopped red onion Black pepper
2 T Chopped cilantro
Combine first five ingredients. In small bowl, combine remaining
ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture and combine.
