12 Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings

1/2 Cucumber 300 ml Natural Yoghurt
1 tb Chopped Mint Salt
1 tb Chopped Coriander Ground Black Pepper
Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 25-40 minutes Per Serving:
168 calories, 6g fat
1. Barbecue the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally.
2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yoghurt then chill
until required. Season to taste just before serving. 3. Serve the
chicken with the raita.
Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney.
