Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Instant nonfat dry milk
Powder
1 c Sugar
1 c Cocoa
1/2 c Instant coffee powder
1 ts Pooon ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/8 ts Ground -- (1/8 to 1/4)
Cloves
Boiling water
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well. Store mix
in an airtight container. For each serving, place 2 Tablespoons
mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water, and stir well. YIELD: 44
servings (about 41 calories and 25 milligrams sodium per serving)
