2 tb Black pepper
1/3 c Salt
1 ts MSG (ajinomoto) -- opt'l
Mix well and sprinkle liberally on fryer or Cornish hens. Bird must
be slit open. Broil until nice and brown. Refrigerate leftover
seasoning.
