1/4 c Sesame seeds, toasted 1/4 ts Low sodium soy sauce
2 c Cooked chick peas MIXED WITH
3 tb Lemon juice 1/2 ts Water
1/2 ts Ground cumin 1 ds Cayenne
3 cl Garlic, minced 1/4 ts Sesame oil, optional
Combine ingredients in food processor and pulse until well chopped.
Process until light and fluffy adding water, 1 tablespoon at a time
if too thick.
