3 lb Beef;thin sliced sirloin 1 1/2 c Oyster Sauce;bottled
1 Asparagus;bunch 3 tb Peanut Oil
3 Scallion;chopped; Rice;Steamed;
1 Garlic;chopped;clove
Steam asparagus until just done; do not overcook. Refresh under
cold water; cut into chunks.
In a wok, heat peanut oil very hot. Add beef sirloin and garlic;
cook 1 minute. Add scallions; cook 1 minute more. Add asparagus and
oyster sauce; cook 3 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and asparagus
heated through.
Serve with steamed rice.
