1 tb Salt 3/4 c Unsulfered dark molasses
1/2 c Dark brown sugar 1 1/4 c Vegetable oil
4 c Whole wheat flour 3 c Lukewarm water

Beat mix, molasses, oil, and water in a glass or ceramic mixing bowl
with dough hook or wooden spoon until dough holds together. Turn out
