Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Ingredients 1 ea Egg, beaten
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal 1/4 t Paprika
1 c All-purpose flour 1/2 t Dry mustard
1 T Baking powder ds Of pepper
1 t Salt 10-16 hot dogs
1 T Sugar Vegtable oil for deep frying
1 c Evaporated milk

-------------------------DIRECTIONS------------------------------

In bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, egg,
paprika, mustard and pepper. Pour mixture into tall gglass. Skewer
hot dogs with wooden skewers; dip in mixture. Deep-fry at 375 degrees
until golden brown (about 2 minutes). Drain on paper towels. Recipe
