Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Shredded cabbage 1/2 c Water
5 ea Medium tomatoes, chopped 1/2 c Vinegar
1 ea Hot pepper (optional) 1/2 ts Salt
1 ea Large onion, sliced 1/4 c Sugar
2 ea Cucumbers, sliced 1/4 c Brown sugar
2 ea Bell peppers, cubed 1 tb Honey
Dressing: 1/2 c Olive oil
Combine dressing ingredients and toss vegetables together. Add
dressing to vegetables. Mix well. Place in an airtight container and
chill 2 days before serving.
