6 oz Dry mustard 1 1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 t Black pepper -Salt to taste
1/4 t White pepper 1/2 Stick butter
3 To 4 oz. cold water 3 Eggs
2 c Brown sugar
Mix first 4 ingredients to make a paste. Add next 4 ingredients to
paste. Beat well. Add eggs, beaten well to mixture. Bring mixture
to a boil and then remove from heat. Use mixer to blend well.
Warning: Stand back from steam rising from pan as you mix after
boiling as fumes are very potent and will cause tearing. Refrigerate
in small jars.
