1 tb Heaping parsley
1/4 c Oil
1 ts Crushed red peppers
2 Cloves -- minced garlic
1/4 c Parmeson cheese
1 md Onion -- chopped
3-4 ea potatoes; (cut in quarters) In casserole add butter, oil,
garlic, onions and potatoes. Stir ingredients Sprinkle parsley,
peppers, cheese and salt Bake 1 her at 350, might take longer.
