Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

x Vegetable cooking spray -stewed tomatoes; undrained
1 ts Olive oil 1 cn (15-oz.) kidney beans;
1 1/2 c Chopped onion -drained
2 ea Cloves garlic; crushed 1 cn (15-oz.?) cannellini beans;
2 1/2 c Chopped sweet yellow pepper -drained
1 tb Ground cumin 1 cn (15-oz.) black beans;
1 tb Hot Hungarian paprika -drained
1 tb Chili powder 1 c Water
2 ts Sugar 2 tb No-salt-added tomato paste
1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1/4 ts Ground cloves 1/4 c (plus 2 Tbsp) Minced fresh
2 cn (14.5-oz.) No-salt-added -cilantro

Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium heat
until hot. Add onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes. Add pepper; saute
until tender. Add cumin and next 5 ingredients; saute 1 minute.

Stir in tomatoes and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover,
reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in
vinegar. Sprinkle with cilantro. Yield: 6 (1-2/3 cup) servings (12%
calories from fat).
