Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 Loaf frozen pizza dough 2 tb Oil
4 c Jarlsberg cheese -- 1/4 ts Oregano -- crushed
Shredded 1 c Pepperoni -- sliced
3 c Broccoli -- chopped
Preheat oven to 475 F. On lightly floured board roll out dough to
fit 12 inch pizza pan. Press into pan; crimp edges to form rim. Top
with 2 cups cheese. Sprinkle with broccoli, oil and oregano. Top with
remaining 2 cups cheese and pepperoni. Bake 12 minutes or until crust
is golden.
