Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ga Canned Beets -- undrained -cheesecloth
1 c Vinegar 1 c Sugar
1/4 c Pickling Spices -- tied in
Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer 10 mins,
then let cool with the pickling spice remaining in the liquid. When
cool, remove spices and store beets in refrigerator until ready to
serve.
