2 md Carrots, cut into 3 c Water
-matchstick julienne 1 t Oriental sesame oil
1 oz Snow peas, cut into 1 T Minced green onion
-matchstick julienne 1 Garlic clove, minced
-Freshly ground pepper -Salt
Bring water to simmer in medium saucepan. Add carrots and cook 4
minutes. Stir in peas and cook 2 minutes. Drain vegetables. Rinse
under cold water; drain thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet
over medium-high heat. Add carrots, peas, onion and garlic and
stir-fry 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve vegetables
