1/2 c Vegetable oil 2 tb Tomato paste
4 Onions; chopped 4 ts Salt
4 Cloves onion; minced 2 ts Red cayenne pepper
4 lb Ground beef 2 ts Cumin powder
1 c Green pepper; chunked 2 ts Dried marjoram; crushed
1 c Kahlua 2 ts Dried oregano; crushed
1/2 c Parsley; chopped Spaghetti; cooked
6 tb Chili powder

Cheddar cheese; grated Onion; chopped
In large pot, heat oil. Add onions and garlic; saute until
transparent. Add meat; brown. Add remaining ingredients except cheese
and onions; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer,
partially covered, for 45 minutes. To serve, spoon chili on top of
cooked, drained spaghetti in individual bowls and top with cheese and
onions. Yields: 5 quarts.
