Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Dijon style mustard
2 tb Cooking oil
1/4 c Dry vermouth
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
4 Lamb chops,3/4" thick
Combine mustard,oil,vermouth and black pepper.Coat chops with
mixture.Broil or grill chops,basting frequently,until cooked as
desired.
