Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Mayonnaise 1/2 c Lemon juice
3 tb Grated parmesan cheese 1 pk Whipped topping -- frozen,
2 tb Sugar Thawed
1 md Lettuce -- head 1 ds Yellow food coloring --
Torn in bite size piece Optional
1 md Cauliflower flowerets 1 ea Graham cracker pie crust, 9
1 md Red onion -- sliced thinly Inch
1/2 c Bacon bits

In a small bowl, stir together first three ingredients for dressing;
set aside. Layer remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour on
dressing; refrigerate. Toss just before serving. Yield: 6 to 8
servings.
