3 c Shredded combination of 1 cn (8oz) sliced wate
-lettuces -chestnuts, drained
2 c Grated carrots 1/2 c Fatfree Parmesan cheese
1 ea Stalk celery, diced -(Alpine Lace or Weight
1 1/2 c Frozen Bird's Eye green peas -Watchers)
1 ea Salt and Pepper to taste 1 ea Pt Kraft fatfree mayonnaise
2 c Nonfat mozzarella cheese, -or Miracle Whip
-grated 1/2 c Fatfree sour cream
In a very large salad bowl, line the bottom with lettuce. Cover the
lettuce with carrots, celery, onions, water chestnuts, and peas.
Spread the pint of mayonnaise mixed with the sour cream as you would
ice a cake. Sprinkle mozzzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. cover
and chill 24 hours. Per serving: 89 cal., 0.1g fat (1%), 2mg chol.,
