Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Ketchup
1/2 c Cider vinegar
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Water
3 Ribs celery; chopped
3 Bay leaves
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tb Chopped onions
4 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Paprika
1 ds Black pepper
4 tb Butter
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a
boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.
