Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Butter or margarine, softene
4 c Sifted powdered sugar
2 ts Grated lemon rind
2 To
2 1/2 tb Lemon juice
Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add
sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add lemon rind and lemon
juice; beat until smooth. Yield: 2 cups.
