1/2 ct Lemon yogurt 1/4 c Egg substitute (no raw
1/2 c Lemon sherbet -eggs)
One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein
easy. They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when
you're not feeling well.
Combine in blender. Approximately 240 calories, 6 gm. protein per
cup.
