4 Poppy seed or plain bagels, 1/4 lb Thinly sliced smoked saimon
-split in half -(lox)
3 tb Light cream cheese or 1 sm Red onion, thinly sliced
-Neufchatel cheese 1 1/2 ts Drained capers (opt.)
Lettuce leaves (Boston, Fresh dill sprigs
-bibb, escarole, or romaine) Lemon wedges (opt.)
1 lg Or 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 Place bottoms of bagels on 4 sandwich plates. Divide cream cheese
among bagels.
2. Top each bagel bottom with lettuce, cover with tomato slices,
salmon, onion, capers (if desired), and dill; add remaining bagel
half.
3. Serve "LLT" with lemon wedges, if desired.
