You can bake a cake with a regular cake mix. Instead of 3 whole eggs,
use 4 egg whites. Instead of adding 1/4c oil to the cake mix, add 1/3c
applesauce.
Your cake will be delightfully rich and yummy and have less than 15%
calories from fat.
