1/2 cn (7-1/2 oz) tomatoes Dash of pepper
3/4 c Sliced fresh mushrooms 2 md Whole chicken breasts,
1/4 c Onion, chopped Skinned, boned split
1/4 c Green pepper, chopped Paprika
3 tb Dry red wine 2 t Cornstarch
1 Garlic 2 tb Cold water
1/2 t Dried oregano, crushed 4 oz Spaghetti, cooked
1/4 t Salt
: In a medium skillet cut up the undrained tomatoes. Add
mushrooms, onions, green peper, wine, garlic, oregano, salt pepper.
Place chicken pieces on the tomato mixture in skillet. Bring to a
boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Keep warm.
: Combine constarch cold water; stir into a skillet mixture.
Cook and stir until mixture is thickend bubly. Cook and stir 2
minutes more. Arrange chken and spagetti on platter; spoon sauce over
