Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 Egg whites -- whipped
1 c Marshmallow creme
1 tb Vanilla
1/2 c Unbleached flour
1 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Cocoa powder -- sifted
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt

Preheat oven at 325. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and
flour. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, marshmallow creme, and
vanilla. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder,
baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix dry ingredients with wet
ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 18 minutes.
