Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Macaroni 2 Egg yolks, beaten
2 tb Butter 1 c Swiss cheese, grated
1 c Cooked ham, julienned Salt and pepper to taste
1 c Heavy cream
Cook macaroni. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Saute ham until brown, approximately 2minutes. Add cream, bring to a
boil. Remove from heat and mix in egg yolks. Add grated swiss cheese
and return to low heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is
melted and sauce is creamy. Season to taste. Add macaroni and toss
