5 c Green cabbage, thinly sliced 1/4 ts Salt
1 c Red cabbage, thinly sliced 1/2 ts Paprika
2 ea Carrots, shredded ds Cayenne
1/2 ea Small onion, minced 1 tb Oil
1 ea Garlic clove, finely 1 tb Lemon juice
. shredded 1 tb Honey
1/3 c Soy (eggless) mayonnaise
Mix cabbage and carrots, and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the
remaining ingredients, add to the cabbage and carrot and mix well.
Per serving: 99 CALORIES, 1g PROTEIN, 12g CARBOHYDRATES, 4g FAT
