Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Extra-lean ground beef
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
1 Egg
2 tb Ketchup
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450øF. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and
mix well. Shape into small balls, and place on broiler rack. Bake
until brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate
