Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 md Sweet potatoes
1/2 c Maple syrup
1 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1 c Apple juice
1/2 c Water
Recipe by: Wisconsin Maple Producers Council - Aniwa, WI. 54408 Boil 6
sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and slice into baking dish.
Heat remaining ingredients to the point of boiling and pour over
potatoes and bake at 300 F for 1 hour.
Serves 4-6.
