2 tb Tamari or low sodium soy 1 tb Dry sherry, or to taste
Sauce 2 tb Apple juice concentrate
5 tb Water
Combine and use as a marinade.
Variations: Add: 1 ts freshly grated gingerroot 1/2 to 1 ts minced
fresh garlic 1/2 to 1 ts grated orange rind 1/2 ts no salt added
Dijon mustard 1/4 ts sesame or hot chili oil
Combine 1 tb cornstarch and 2 tb cold water and use to thicken
marinade for use as gravy.
