Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Corn oil 1 1/2 c Corn; frozen or fresh
1 md Onion; diced 1 1/2 c Water
2 md Potatoes; diced ;salt and pepper
Heat oil in large saucepan. When hot, saute the diced onions 5 mins,
stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and half the corn and saute a few
more mins. Combine the remaining corn with the water, cook for 5
mins, then blend til smooth. Add the pureed corn to the sauce pan.
Season to taste. Bring to a boil, and simmer until the potatoes are
