Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 Egg whites -- at room temp. 3 tb Light corn syrup
1/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 tb Sugar

Put the egg whites, sugar and corn syrup in the top of a double boiler
placed over rapidly boiling water and beat with a hand-held mixer
(electric or rotary) until soft peaks form, about 4 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a medium size mixing bowl. Add the vanilla
and beat with an electric mixer on medium high speed until soft peaks
form, about 30 seconds. Use immediately.
