Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Cooked and drained kidney
-beans, or 1 can low sodium
-water packed kidney beans
-drained and rinsed
1 cl Garlic
1/2 ts Cumin seeds
1/2 ts Tobasco sauce
1/2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Water
2 tb Fresh cilantro or parsley
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process
until smooth.
