8 oz Tomato sauce 1/3 c Chopped onion
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef 1 ts Garlic powder
1 c Fine dry bread crumbs 1 ts Dried oregano leaves
1/2 c Egg beaters
Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce. In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, egg
beaters, onion, garlic powder, oregano and remaining tomato sauce. Shape
into a 4 x 9 inch loaf. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 deg f for 30
minutes. Spread remaining tomato sauce over the top. Bake another 20 to 30
minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 deg f. Makes 8 servings.
