1 pk Brown n serve sausage 1/4 t Oregano; dried
2 Onions; sliced thin ds Ground pepper
1 Garlic clove; minced 2 Tomatoes; seeded and cut
1 T Olive oil -into pieces
2 Zucchini; sliced thin Hot cooked spaghetti
1/2 t Basil; dry Grated parmesan cheese
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
Remove sausage from skillet, cut into thirds, and reserve. Add onions,
garlic, and oil to same skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until
onions are soft. Add zucchini, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; cook
5 minutes more. Add tomatoes and reserved sausage; cover and simmer
10 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti with
parmesan cheese. Source: Swift box
