Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Vegetable oil 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
1 lb Green beans, trimmed -Green Chilies (10 oz)
1 lg Onion, chopped 2 ts Basil
2 Garlic cloves, minced Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
In a large skillet, saute beans, onion and garlic in hot oil until
beans are tender-crisp. Stir in RO*TEL and basil. Simmer uncovered
for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
