Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 c Milk 1/2 c Heavy cream
3/4 ts Cinnamon 2 tb Sugar
6 oz Sweet cooking chocolate -- 6 Cinnamon sticks
Chopped
Heat milk with cinnamon until steaming. Pour into blender. Add
chocolate and blend until frothy. Whip cream with sugar until stiff.
Pour hot chocolate into cups. Top with whipped cream. Garnish each
cup with a cinnamon stick. Serves 6.
