Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Griffins white syrup 1 c Mason's raw peanuts
1 c Sugar 1/8 ts Salt
1 tb Butter 1 ts Drops O'Gold vanilla
1 ts Baking soda
In 1 1/2 quart casserole stir together syrup, sugar, raw peanuts and
salt. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook 4 minutes more.
Add butter and vanilla to syrup mixture, blending well. Microwave on
high for 1 minute. Add bakin soda and gently stir until light and
foamy. Pour onto sheet of aluminum foil. Let cool 1 hour. When cool,
break into small pieces...
