2 oz Mozzarella cheese -- (1/2
Split pizza in half into 2 round circles and place each one onto a
paper towel, cut side up. Spread 1 T sauce over each pita half. Top
with 1/4 c mozzarella cheese and 1 t Parmesan; sprinkle on some
oregano if you like. Cook on High for 30-45 seconds.
