Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ea Egg 2 c Milk
4 tb Sugar 3 tb Minute tapioca
1/8 ts Salt 3/4 ts Vanilla

Separate egg; beat white until foamy. Add 2 T sugar gradually and
beat to soft peaks. Cook and stir 2 T sugar, egg yolk, salt, milk
and tapioca to full boil. Very slowly add beaten white, stirring
rapidly to blend. Add vanilla. Let stand covered, for 20 minutes
and stir. Serve cold or warm.
