1 Basic Masa Dough recipe -papers
18 Corn husks or parchment

--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
4 oz Tofu, silken; mashed 4 tb Miso paste, white, yellow,
6 oz Mochi cake; uncooked; -or mellow
-grated 4 tb Corn oil

To make filling:

Mix filling ingredients until smooth.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
