1/2 c Flour to coat 1 c Beef broth
1 t (to3) fatfree chicken broth 1 1/2 c Red wine or cooking wine
2 t Minced garlic 1 c Whole fresh mushrooms
20 sm Pearl onions 1/4 c Egg Beaters
1/2 t Dried thyme
Dip turkey in Egg Beater, then in flour. Brown in chicken broth. Add
