Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c whipping cream 1 1/2 c sour cream
3 tb powdered sugar
Beat sour cream until smooth; set aside. In a chilled bowl with
chilled beaters, whip cream until soft peaks form. Continue whipping
and add sugar one tablespoon at a time. Gently fold in sour cream and
blend thoroughly. Makes about 4 cups
