Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Fast Healthy 8/93 Juice, undrained
Carolyn Shaw 6-95 1 c Crushed ice
2 c Frozen nonfat vanilla 1/2 ts To 1 rum extract
Yogurt 1/2 ts Coconut extract
1 c Crushed pineapple in its own
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve
immediately. 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
Per serving: 80 calories, 2 g protein, 19 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber,
40 mg sodium, 50 mg potassium and 1 starch exchange.
