Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 cloves garlic
2 T oil
2 t cumin,Ground
2 t ginger,Ground
1 t salt
1 t tumeric,Ground
1 t paprika
1 t cinnamon
1 black pepper,Freshly Ground
8 chicken legs
2 t lemon rind,grated
1/2 c olives
1 c dates,chopped

Crush, peel finely chop garlic. Mix together garlic, oil, cumin,
ginger, salt, tumeric, paprika, cinnamon pepper in a bowl. Brush
each chicken leg with this mixture to coat chicken surfaces well.
Place side by side in a large, flat oven-proof dish. Cover leave in
a cool place for 1 hour. Bake at 180C (350F) for 35 minutes. Uncover.
Scatter over lemon rind, olives dates. Cover again cook a further
10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
